Shipping, Return/Exchange and Delivery Policy

Beauty Elements Shop makes every effort to have all products in stock. Please note that some cosmetics or devices may not be on stock shelves and have to be pre-ordered from our manufacturers. Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19/Delta Variant/Omicron Pandemic. See shipping policy below:

Standard Processing, Priority Shipping and Delivery 7-14 business days on all orders.

Receive free shipping on all US orders $60.00 or more. 

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and fees are determined according to your zip code. 

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow at least 7-14 business days to receive your shipment.

International shipping fee is based on your country. All international orders are shipped via USPS.

Taxes Are Collected

We are based in the state of Mississippi and have to abide by the laws we are required to collect sales taxes at 7%

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories

Beauty Elements Shop will ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to Domestic P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent using USPS Priority Mail. Because these are government addresses and therefore must be shipped using this method. Delivery may take longer than the standard transit times quoted. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & the U.S. Territories
   
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the U.S. territories may take up to an additional 10 business days to arrive. We ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders shipped to these locations must be shipped USPS Priority Mail may take longer than the standard transit times for arrival.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of some of our products, COVID-19/Delta Variant/Omicron Pandemic and hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept returns or exchanges on handmade soaps, body washes, sugar scrubs and other bath and body products. Other products include all cosmetics and lingerie items. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority, so we will do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase!

 

Policy and Terms

By placing an order with Beauty Elements Shop you (the customer) are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you (the customer) at delivery. Please understand Beauty Elements Shop is not responsible for lost, broken, stolen, missing or misplaced packages due by the carrier. All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure there's no damage. If your products arrive damaged, please contact your local postal carrier for information. Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped.

Order Cancellations or Changes

If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us within 8 hours of placing your order (we want to do this the same day before your order is shipped), at info@beautyelements.shop with your name and order number and the item you want to change. After 8 hours changes or cancellations cannot be made as your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after it has shipped.

Beauty Elements Shop is not responsible for the forces of nature due to any weather conditions or man-made conditions.

Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays, vacation days (yes, we do take vacations) or weekends.
