Shipping, Return, and Delivery Policy

Beauty Elements Shop makes every effort to have all products on house shelves. Please note that some products are shipped from our warehouses from our manufacturers. See our store policies below:

Standard Processing

  • Some single items are shipped at no cost to you. However, you receive free shipping on all US domestic orders totaling $90.00 or more at checkout.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and shipping fees are determined according to your zip code.
  • All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Please allow at least 7-14 business days to receive your shipment.
  • International shipping fees are based on your country. All international orders are shipped via USPS.

Taxes Are Collected

  • We are based in the state of Mississippi and have to abide by the laws; we are required to collect sales taxes at 7%.


Return Information

Cosmetics, Bath and Body, Lingerie, Hair Extensions, Wigs

  • Due to the nature of some of our products, we take great precautions regarding hygiene and the safety of our staff and customers. We are not allowed to accept returns or exchanges on handmade soaps, body washes, sugar scrubs, and other bath and body products.
  • Other products include ALL SALE ITEMS, all cosmetics, hair extensions, wigs, and lingerie items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority, so we will do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase!

Create Your Own Wig and Ready to Wear Human Hair Wigs

(BE Wigs and Hairpieces)

  • Create Your Own Wigs are made to order. Wigs take at least one week to create and a week to ship. Expect your created wig to arrive in about 2-3 weeks. All created wigs are non-refundable, non-returnable, or exchangeable. Please choose your choices carefully.
  • Ready to Wear Human Hair Wigs and Bundles will take at least 2 weeks to arrive. All ready-to-wear human hair wigs and bundles are non-refundable, non-returnable, or exchangeable.

Returns on Clothing, Accessories, Shoes

(SashaFranke Clothing Lounge)

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your clothing items, we will gladly accept the return of your sellable item for a STORE CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT OF THAT ITEM ONLY within 15 days of delivery. Please email us at to initiate the return process. After 15 days from the point of delivery, no request for a return shall be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Beauty Elements Shop reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
    • The product(s) MUST be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of being washed or worn.
    • All original packaging, branded boxes, or bags along with all original tags still attached. There will be a $5 fee assessed and deducted from your store credit.
    • The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
  • Items that do not meet the return criteria will be denied and returned back to the sender. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have visibly been washed, worn, torn, or where the tags have been removed.

Once your clothing is returned:

  • We will take care of processing your return and will send a confirmation email once the package has been received, inspected, and processed.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive, review, and process your return for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Once the return has been inspected and approved, a store credit will be issued. You will receive notification by email.


Beauty Elements Shop offers subscriptions on selected items. Once you create your subscription profile, you will be able to log into your account to make any changes, adjustments, or cancel your subscription. Orders are shipped every 30 days.

Policy and Terms

  • By placing an order with Beauty Elements Shop, you (the customer) are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees, and/or surcharges. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you (the customer) at delivery.
  • Please understand Beauty Elements Shop is not responsible for lost, broken, stolen, missing, or misplaced packages due to the carrier. All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure there's no damage. If your products arrive damaged, please contact your local USPS postal carrier for information. Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped.

Order Cancellations or Changes

  • If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order (we want to do this the same day before your order is shipped) at with your name, order number, and the item you want to cancel. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be made as your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after it has shipped.
  • Beauty Elements Shop is not responsible for the forces of nature due to any weather conditions or man-made conditions.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays, vacation days (yes, we do take vacations), or weekends.
