Girl it's hot outside and you're wondering if you should wear a full face of makeup. Your makeup starts to melt time you hit the door! Well do what works for you but I suggest maybe apply your foundation sparingly. Or add a few drops of foundation to your favorite moisturizer with SPF 15 and now you have a tinted moisturizer. Then you want to set it with a powder to minimize shine and sweat. This will help the melt down.
Speaking of sweat! I know there are ladies out there battling the hot flash! Girl I understand! You start sweating profusely once that hot flash hit and then all your makeup including lashes melt off literally! So the solution to that is adding a primer to your makeup routine and also a good waterproof setting spray. This will help your makeup last longer especially during these hot days.
Another sweat sensation is that some ladies may wear makeup while working out. Yes they are out there....Is this a good idea? Well, do what works for you but I think it's good and bad...Well wearing a full face of makeup while working out is not my cup of tea, however I would do a light dusting of a tinted loose powder or even a tinted moisturizer with SPF 15 and that's it.
Just keep in mind sweat, dirt, and the environment around you can clog pores so be sure to cleanse your face well after your workout. The reason why I say that is you are touching things and then you touch your face. So bacteria is transferred to your skin. So it's important to cleanse, cleanse, cleanse! Overall it's what you want to do so as always do what works for you!
